Somehow the people from Trouw Amsterdam manage to shield their agenda from the rest of the world. The only way to find out when there’s a concert worth visiting is through their newsletter and through Indiefuzz of course.
Neon Indian a.k.a. Alan Palamo was responsible for one of the most remarkable albums of 2009. Since then the name-giving people have given Neon Indians’ genre the name chillwave, which is much better than ‘sultry electronic discollage’ which is the name Indiefuzz came up with in our review of Psychic charm. One of our team was supposed to see them play in New York this summer but his sister misplaced the tickets. Trouw Amsterdam offer a second chance on september 15. CU there.
